Run by certified peer facilitators, this is a safe space for individuals seeking support on their journey to recovery in mental health and/or substance use. Whether you're in need of a listening ear, helpful resources, or simply want to connect with others facing similar challenges, this group is here for you. Our meetings are in person, so you can feel the warmth and support of a community that understands what you're going through. Take a step towards healing and growth by joining us this Thursday!
