This low-impact, vinyasa-style exercise class moves between the mat and the barre. You'll stretch, strengthen your muscles, and learn new moves — with modifications available for all levels, whether you're working around limitations or looking for a challenge.

Barre blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to help build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility through small, controlled movements.

Wear something comfortable you can move in, and don’t forget a closed water bottle to stay hydrated!

About Jessica:Jessica has been dedicated to health and wellness for many years, with a passion for both fitness and nutrition. She emphasizes the importance of core strength for better posture, balance, and overall muscle health. In her classes, Jessica focuses on working the smaller, often-overlooked muscles that are essential for staying strong, fit, and flexible as we age. Her welcoming approach makes the class accessible and empowering for all fitness levels.
