How many tickets can I buy?

TICKETS ARE LIMITED TO FOUR  PER CUSTOMER. 
NO TICKETS ARE SOLD AT THE DOOR.

Can I refund or exchange my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are refundable or exchangeable up to 48 hours before the event. If you request a refund, your ticket value will be refunded but not Eventbrite fees. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund. Events run rain or shine, though telescope viewing may be weather-dependent.

How suitable is the event for younger children?

Accepted Answer

Children should ideally be at least 12 years old. Parents are encouraged to use their discretion.

Question 4

What about wheel chair users?

Accepted Answer

Due to the historic construction of the telescope domes, the telescopes are not wheelchair accessible at this time.

What time should I plan to arrive?

Doors open 30 minutes before the event. Tours start promptly so please aim to arrive on time!

Are there accommodations for special assistance needs?
