This workshop focuses on the best practices of project management, the basic tools and techniques used in a project environment, and the basic skills required to effectively manage a project team. The Workshop will focus on key tools for projects, and discussing project cadence in organizations. The knowledge areas include business case, stakeholder register, simple project charter, business requirements, work breakdown structure, activity list, procurement plan, risk register, and communication plan.
