Pine Lily Art Class: Painted Rocks

By Florida Native Plant Society - Pine Lily Chapter

Overview

Create rock art celebrating native plants and support Friends of Split Oak Forest with a donation. This class is for ages 13+.

Mary Nesler of the Pine Lily chapter of the FNPS will be teaching us how to create painted rocks. The theme will be native plants / insects / animals.
(Note: photo above is not the specific theme, but an example of some of Mary's painted rocks.)

Art supplies will be provided, and no prior experience with drawing / art is required. All you need is a desire to have fun and be creative!

A donation of $20 is suggested to cover material cost and to help us support the Friends of Split Oak Forest in their fight against the toll road. We will be accepting donations on-site.

We will be meeting in the Roseada Room at Hart Memorial Library. Registration is required.
