This training will recognize the importance of strong relationships and how they affect outcomes of hard conversations. We will explore a step-by-step method of navigating hard conversations. Participants will have opportunities to discuss these steps in large group discussions.

Training Objectives:

1 . Learners will be able to recognize the importance of relationships

2 . Learners will be able to determine opportunities for hard conversations with families.

3 . Learners will be able to implement a step by steps process to navigate hard conversations with families.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
