Exploring non-monogamy can be deeply liberating—but it’s also a path that requires intentionality, emotional awareness, and clear communication. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or seeking to solidify your foundation, this workshop will guide you through the essential frameworks of ethical non-monogamy.

In this class, you’ll unpack common myths, explore different relationship styles, and learn tools to navigate jealousy, boundaries, and ongoing conversations with care. We’ll create space to reflect, ask questions, and connect with others walking a similar path—all while emphasizing mutual respect, emotional safety, and the freedom to choose what works for you.
Non-monogamy isn’t one-size-fits-all. From open relationships to polyamory, relationship anarchy to swlnging, this workshop will help you understand your options and empower you to design a relational life that aligns with your values and desires.
We are having a 2-part evening of magic and learning. Come for the workshop and stay for the After-Hours to mingle with other like-minded folks!

💖 Understanding Relationship Styles
Explore the spectrum of non-monogamous relationships—from polyamory to open relationships to solo poly. Learn what defines each, and how to find what feels authentic to you.
✍️ Agreements vs Rules
Understand the difference between co-created agreements and imposed rules. Discover how to build trust and collaboration through conversations, not control.
🔥 Navigating Jealousy & Insecurity
Learn to identify the roots of jealousy and develop tools to manage it. We’ll explore ways to turn emotional discomfort into insight and connection.
💬 Communication & Check-ins
Master practical tools for emotional transparency, active listening, and ongoing dialogue. These skills are vital in all relationships—especially non-monogamous ones.
⚖️ Hierarchies, Autonomy, and Equity
Unpack the complexities of hierarchical vs non-hierarchical structures. Explore how to honor autonomy while also cultivating deep intimacy.
❤️ Emotional Safety & Community
Explore how to protect your emotional well-being while remaining open to connection. Learn how to find and build community with like-minded people who share your values.
Workshop Format:
- Discussion and Practical Exercises: The workshop will include a mix of discussions and exercises. You'll have the chance to interact with others, practice communication techniques, and receive feedback.
- Solo and Group Work: You can come alone or with a partner. During the exercises, you'll have the opportunity to switch partners, which allows for practicing with familiar partners and new acquaintances. This helps simulate both established dynamics and pickup scene scenarios.
- Dress Code and Interactions: Feel free to dress however you want, whether vanilla or ready to practice. Expect to interact with others for the exercises, at least in terms of communication. We do not pair people up, and encourage guests to make friends and engage to their level of comfort ensuring that all are able to learn and grow. Couples can stay paired the whole time or practice with others if you so choose.
- This workshop is open to all gender identifications, sexual orientations, lifestyles, singles and couples. All experience levels welcome. 21+.
- Refunds must be requested 7 days prior to the event.
- Doors open at 7:30pm and close at 7:40 pm. Please be on time and text ahead if you are delayed.
After-Hours Social:
After the workshop, the lights go down, the music goes up, and the setting transforms into a joyful, social environment. Engage at your own comfort level—whether that means observing, casually chatting by the snacks, or actively connecting with others from the workshop.
