Recent changes in U.S. tariff policy are more than just headlines— they directly affect your costs, supply chain, and competitiveness. New legislation has expanded existing import taxes, eliminated some low-value exemptions, and increased uncertainty around sourcing and pricing. If you're importing supplies, packaging, or finished goods— or hoping to sell internationally— these shifts could reshape your business model and help you avoid unexpected costs, squeezed margins, or missed opportunities.

The Nasdaq Center is excited to be joined by Jason Given, Senior Managing Director of Trade & Customs at KPMG, for a must-attend session designed to help you understand tariffs and respond proactively. We’ll break down what the current laws mean for you and your business and what steps you can take to maintain momentum and stay ahead of the curve. You’ll walk away with clarity on how to protect your margins, adjust your sourcing strategies, and position your brand to thrive even in a volatile trade climate.

Key Takeaways:

  • Understand what has changed and how these shifts impact CPG businesses.
  • Learn strategies for sourcing, pricing, and inventory planning to absorb or avoid unexpected tariff costs.
  • Explore strategies to budget realistically, price intentionally, and adapt your business model so tariffs don’t erode profitability.
