Join us for our monthly Leadership webinar series. Each month we will host a NEW webinar related to the skills necessary to provide person-centered, effective leadership in behavioral health. This month we explore how we can support, and guide, the professional development of the team members we lead!

  • Learn about 3-4 models of change management.
  • Discuss the practical application of change management models in supporting team members through organizational changes.

This course provides 2 CEU’s. CEU’s are Category 1 CEU provided by Indiana State statute 839IAC 1-6-2(F)(86)

These CEU's meet the education requirements for the ICAADA Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) and Certified Supervisor Peer Recovery (CSPR) credentials.
