Theme for 7/30: Intuition and Heart Space

Unfurl your senses and connect to nature through creative writing, storytelling, and exploratory nature invitations. Classes blend elements of narrative therapy, somatic practices, and forest bathing to promote wellness and a stronger relationship to the natural land.

All materials provided, including notebooks and pencils, as well as an herbal tea tasting and light snack. Workshops will be held outdoors with indoor or covered options available for inclement weather. Please dress appropriately with sturdy footwear.
