We're giving you the chance to BYOB - be your own bartender, that is.

The cocktail master himself, Maxime Belfand, is inviting budding mixologists into our underground drinkery, GENUINE Liquorette, to learn THE cocktailing tricks of the trade.

Learn all of the must-know bartending techniques while making the most delicious and buzzworthy cocktails.

At the end of the class, we'll snap your photo in our very own Master Class burgundy blazer and the Polaroid will adorn the wall letting everyone know that you are now a master. And you can be "On Duty" at Liquorette, mixing up drinks for you and your friends, whenever you damn-well feel like it.

We'll also open up the bar at the end of the class for 'Master Class Honor Bar', giving you the chance to practice all of your new skills and tricks.

Light bites will be served midway through the class. We welcome you to join us for dinner upstairs, at Dante at GENUINE, before or after the class.
