Legal Foresight Workshop

On Wednesday, 12 November 2025, the Liquid Legal Institute and its Legal Foresight Office will host their first official Foresight Workshop in Munich.

On this day, we will:

• explore early signals of change across technology, regulation, and society,
• develop scenarios for plausible legal futures and discuss their implications,
• identify strategic options and ideas for action that different parts of the legal system can take forward.

The workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Felix von Held and Prof. Dr. Jan Oliver Schwarz, two leading experts in the field of foresight and leadership transformation:

• Dr. Felix von Held is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Institute for Innovation and Change Methodologies (IICM), with more than 20 years of experience as an executive coach, transformation expert, and advisor to leadership teams. He specializes in guiding organizations through cultural and strategic change, combining design-driven methods with deep practical experience.

• Prof. Dr. Jan Oliver Schwarz is Professor of Strategic Foresight and Trend Analysis at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt and Head of the Bavarian Foresight-Institute. He is a recognized foresight expert, researcher, and author, known for his work on strategic foresight, business wargaming, and leadership in uncertain times.

The workshop is designed as a hands-on collaborative lab and marks the first in a planned series of workshops: Each participant contributes their perspective, and together we create insights that no single sector could generate alone.
