Kundalini Pop-Up: Move, Breathe, Laugh, Repeat 💫

Each class is a full experience—think: energizing movement (Kriya), deep relaxation, and meditation that leaves you feeling cracked open by the universe. We’ll shake up stuck energy, circulate life force (aka prana), and reconnect to the wild wisdom within.

Beginners? Absolutely!

Traditional all-white outfits are welcome (if you’re feeling celestial), but not required. Just bring your breath, your body, and a sense of humor. Expect to move, chant, sweat, giggle, and maybe cry a little (in the best way).

Come have an experience like no other—because transformation should be anything but boring.

BIO:

Ong Kar Dev Kaur aka Jennifer Mercier is a certified Kundalini Yoga & meditation teacher with over 1,000 hours of training in yoga, martial arts, Reiki, and mind-body practices since 2003. A black belt in American Kenpo and a certified teacher across several modalities, her heart ultimately landed in Kundalini Yoga—the one practice that brought her the clarity, peace, and deep connection she had been seeking.

Known for her strong daily practice, unfiltered humor, and real-talk approach, Ong Kar Dev believes transformation should come with laughter. Expect her classes to be powerful, heart-opening, and maybe a little wild—in the best way.

Events are non-refundable. You are always welcome to gift it to someone should you not be able to attend.

The Spiritual Meaning of a Cactus

A cactus symbolizes the ability to see beyond what is visible with our naked eyes. Cacti represent the need to trust that you are protected from danger and threats, and that the biggest threat comes from the armor you surround yourself in everyday.

Native American cultures believe that the cactus represents warmth, protection, & endurance. Because cacti plants can survive in harsh conditions, the cactus becomes a symbol of unconditional, maternal love who will SURVIVE and better yet THRIVE for years to come!

The Iron Cactus offers yoga classes, a salt room, infrared saunas, reiki, and a gift shop which sells "products with a purpose".
