About Internet Security Checkup

Are you doing enough to protect yourself online? This class will help you increase your Internet security savvy. In clear, practical language, we'll cover essential topics, explain the jargon and technical terms, and provide "next steps" you can take immediately. The class will cover:

• Keeping your Computer and Phone Secure
• Avoiding Scams and Phishing Attacks

You'll receive a take-home Tips Sheet with 10 action items that will improve your online security and privacy.

Open to ages 14 and up. This workshop provides helpful tips to high schoolers and adults.

This is an online workshop. When you register, you will receive a link to join the workshop video broadcast on Zoom. Participants can type questions, answer polls, and use text chat. Participants will not share video.
