Biography:

Adeline Pelletier is director Data & AI Strategy at Mastercard. She leads methodological research work on AI fairness and its implementation inside the company and is also responsible for external AI research partnerships. In addition, she contributes to the development of enterprise strategy for Generative AI.

Before joining Mastercard, she worked in academia as a Senior Lecturer at Goldsmiths University, teaching and conducting research on economic growth, financial development and digital financial services.

She holds a PhD in Business Economics from the London School of Economics and a MPhil in Development Economics from the University of Cambridge.
