Description
How would your life be different if its challenges felt lighter, or less daunting?
What might you accomplish if you could lift the invisible barrier between the life you say you want to live, and the one that you're currently living?
What would you do differently if you felt more confident in, and inspired by, the journey ahead?
Your ability to evolve has everything to do with how you think and feel. In this transformational day-long workshop, you're going to shift the way you look at things so you can finally get UNSTUCK, and create the change you’re looking for.
The daywill include:
• Journaling and visualization exercises that are designed to help you see your challenges from a different angle, so that you can move forward
• Facilitated group discussion that will lead to Big Ah-has and Shifts (Note: No one will be required to participate in the discussion)
• A little yoga to help shake things up and get them moving
• Tea and snacks at the end to celebrate the work you’ve done (yes, this experience is introvert friendly!)
Please dress comfortably (in yoga clothes or something you can get some exercise in) and be prepared to have some fun while you do growth-oriented work in a cozy, safe, nurturing environment. Space is limited to make sure that everyone gets the individual attention that they deserve.
A lunch break will also be provided approximately half way through the event. Please feel free to bring your own lunch; recommendations for local restaurants will also be available day-of.
Please contact the organizer directly if you have any questions about this event: leslie@lesliecarr.com.
