Life throws challenges at all of us – from work pressures to family stress, unexpected changes to daily overwhelm. What if you had practical tools to not just survive these moments, but actually grow stronger from them?

In this hands-on workshop, you'll discover how your body and mind naturally respond to stress, and more importantly, how to work with these responses rather than against them. No prior meditation experience needed – just bring an open mind and willingness to explore.


What You'll Experience:


  • Understand Your Stress Signals: Learn to recognize how stress shows up in your body, thoughts, emotions, and actions – without judgment, just awareness.
  • Practice Real-Time Tools: Through gentle guided meditation and simple body-based exercises, you'll learn to tune into your experience as it happens.
  • Build Your Resilience Toolkit: Discover how to meet challenges with kindness toward yourself, allowing difficult experiences to move through you naturally rather than getting stuck.
  • Take It Home: Every tool we explore is designed for real-life use. Use them during your commute, before and after difficult conversations, or whenever you need to reset.


Who is the event for?

This event is held in ENGLISH, thus participants should be able to understand and communicate in English.


Location

The location is called 'Kansalais Toiminnankeskus' and is closet to Ainoa shopping mall and Heikkintori in Tapiola. We will be using the 2nd floor room Kabinetti and it can be accessed via the stairs or elevator. See the image of the building below for refence. Viridiana Gutiérrez

For over 20 years, Viridiana has supported people in finding their voice—first in the arts, and now in therapy. She is an integrative therapist who draws from diverse mind-body therapeutic approaches to create healing experiences tailored to each individual's unique needs.
