About the Event
In this interactive session, we will dive into understanding the stress cycle, identify personal stressors, and explore practical tools to build resilience and find peace in stressful times. Whether you are juggling school, work, or life changes, this session offers valuable strategies to manage stress and improve overall wellbeing.
Facilitator: Uzo Umemezie is the Workforce Transformation Lead (People and Culture) at the NHS South East London ICS. A passionate change leader with expertise in the design and delivery of wellbeing, organisational development design initiatives and interventions, policy development, trainings to improve quality and efficiency. She joined the NHS in 2012 and have since held diverse roles across Organisational Development, Quality Improvement, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, as well as Health and Wellbeing.
