Do I need to be good at drawing?

If you can draw a line on a page, you're golden. NeuroGraphica is a series of "not straight" lines with some coloring.

What supplies do I need

You need a pen, paper, and something to color with (markers, highlighters, colored pencils). Any unlined paper will work, but I recommend starting small (maybe half of a standard 8.5x11). Cardstock also holds up better if you are use markers or highlighters for coloring.

How is this different from NeuroGraphica coaching?

This event is just a quick intro to get you familiar with the process and see how your mind and body respond to the process. Coaching involves selecting specific topics to work on during the drawing process. Since the mind thinks in symbols, many unexpected solutions are discovered while drawing.

What if I don't like my drawing?

NeuroGraphica is more about the process than the product. That being said, the more you practice, the more you will like the end product also.
