Using the meditative practice of Neurographica art, we’ll explore the energy of the Heart Chakra—the center of love, compassion, and emotional flow. Through flowing lines, intuitive color, and guided reflection, you’ll create art that soothes your nervous system and opens your heart space.

No art experience needed—just curiosity, a few basic supplies, and your presence.

• Black fine-tip pen or marker
• Colored markers, pencils, or watercolors
• Mixed media or watercolor paper (8x10 or larger)
• A soft brush & cup of water if using watercolor
• A candle, journal, or cup of tea to help you settle in (optional but lovely!)
