EquiNet – Building an Inclusive Entrepreneurial Future: End-of-Year Networking Event

Wir laden euch herzlich zu einem besonderen Abend ein, an dem es um Austausch, Vernetzung und gemeinsames Gestalten geht.

EquiNet ist eine Initiative von BIWOC* Rising, die Unternehmer*innen aus marginalisierten und migrantischen Communities miteinander vernetzt und stärkt und ein gerechteres, vielfältigeres und solidarisches Unternehmertum fördern will. Unser Ziel ist es, Start-ups, Sozialunternehmer*innen und KMUs dabei zu unterstützen, Diversität, Gerechtigkeit und Inklusion (DEI) nicht nur als Werte, sondern als gelebte Praxis in ihren Organisationen zu verankern.

Bevor EquiNet im Januar 2026 offiziell startet, möchten wir mit Euch ins Gespräch kommen und einen Raum schaffen für eure Bedarfe, Barrieren und aber auch Chancen und Visionen.

Dieser Abend ist für euch, wenn ihr:
✨ als BIPoC, FLINTA* oder migrantische Unternehmer*in, Gründer:in oder Social Entrepreneur arbeitet oder gründen wollt
✨ euch mit anderen austauschen, vernetzen und gegenseitig unterstützen möchtet
✨ gemeinsam mit uns an einem inklusiven, intersektionalen Wirtschaftsökosystem bauen wollt

✨ oder einfach neugierig seid

We warmly invite you to an evening of exchange, connection, and collective visioning.

EquiNet is an initiative by BIWOC Rising* that connects and strengthens entrepreneurs from marginalized and migrant communities to foster a more just, diverse, and solidarity-based economy.

Our goal is to support start-ups, social enterprises, and SMEs in turning diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into lived practice—not just values on paper.

Before EquiNet officially launches in January 2026, we want to hear from you:
your needs, barriers, opportunities, and visions for an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem.

This evening is for you if you:
