This in-person event will take place at Cross-Cultural Education Center at Rambla de Catalunya, 2-4, a beautiful venue perfect for connecting with others and opening our hearts.

This workshop explores how the wisdom of the heart can open us to both inner clarity and authentic expression.

Through philosophical reflection, contemplative practices, and simple meditative exercises, you will learn how to:
