Lay back and relax as vibrations from the Sun Gong, large crystal bowls and more wash over you - allowing your body and mind to release tension and rest.

Connection + Sound Returns..

We’re back for our third event—an evening to lean in with curiosity, embrace your willingness to listen, embrace openness and embrace playfulness.

What happens when you get quiet, lean in, and truly listen?

We can learn so much when we’re willing to slow down and give someone our full attention.

This is an invitation to land, connect, and get to know one another in a natural, playful way, simply by being ourselves.

We’ll begin with interactive partner and group exercises designed to help you feel more present, seen, and connected, guided by Danielle from The-Frequency, a trained Authentic Relating facilitator and sound healer.

We’ll then close with a 45-minute vibrational sound bath, giving you space to rest, reset, and integrate the evening.
