We’re excited to announce Monterail’s first event of the Digital Transformation Through Meaningful Software series.

Since we started 9 years ago, Monterail has been involved in building several HR Tech products, including HR administration software and a recruitment platform. Our priority is to deliver meaningful software, and the only way to do it is by thoroughly understanding the business needs of users and providers of such solutions.

Our first event of the series is titled HR Tech: Emotional and Artificial Intelligence in Team Performance Software.

It's dedicated to the issue of how to address the 2 prominent objectives in management guidelines that seem to be mutually exclusive: a more human-centric management on the one hand, and automatized scalability offered by modern software and AI on the other.

We want to boost the dialog between providers and consumers of such services for better understanding of the business needs that HR Tech can solve, and to learn about current state-of-art standards in specific use cases.

Our content should be especially relevant to leaders within Management, HR, Operations and Finance departments. Join us!
