Discover the art and science of lacto-fermentation! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how fermented foods are made, why they’re such a powerful source of probiotics, and the many health benefits they provide. Together, we’ll prepare a fresh batch of sauerkraut so you can begin fermenting at home with confidence.

- Medium-sized mixing Bowl; We have a few extras but are requesting students bring their own!

About your Facilitator; David Presser has been a holistic dentist for over 40 years with a special interest in nutrition and health. He has been fermenting a wide variety of foods for over 20 years.
