How do I check-in?

Check-in begins at 8:00am inside the courtyard. Printed tickets are NOT needed, simply provide your name to our check-in greeters.

What time does the program begin?

We will begin promptly at 9:00am.

Where is Valdez Hall?

Accepted Answer

Valdez Hall building is sandwiched between Saroyan Theatre and Selland Arena. Please enter through the courtyard between Saroyan Theatre and Valdez Hall, the courtyard is accessible via M Street and the alleyway.

Question 4

Where do I park and how much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Free parking is available at the parking garage on Inyo & O Streets (entrance on both sides of the streets) or at the convention center flat lot (entrance on O Street), please be sure to let the attendant know you are here for the “Creating Our Economy” or “Fresno DRIVE” event.

Question 5

Will interpretation services be available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, simultaneous interpretation will be available. Please be sure to respond to the event registration questions so we can account for language access needs. Headsets can be picked up at the registration area.

Will meals or refreshments be provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will be providing a continental breakfast, boxed lunches, and late afternoon snack. Water available throughout the day.

Is wifi available?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, wifi will not be available. We hope this is an opportunity to be fully present, connect meaningfully with fellow participants, and engage deeply in the conversations and experiences throughout the day.
