Do I need to dress up in a costume to attend?

No, you should dress in casual clothing. However, you are welcome to bring a cosplay accessory to show off/discuss during the latter part of the event.

I am not a counselor, can I attend this event? Is this only for professionals?

This event is open to the community; you do not need to be a licensed counselor to attend. Family members, those who work with youth, or adults who want to understand what some of their peers may be interested in are welcome to attend with a paid ticket.

Will you discuss topics other than cosplay?

Yes, we are going over conventions, expos, fandoms, D&D, and more.

Will there be food provided?

Light snacks and drinks will be provided, but you can feel free to bring your lunch, your preferred non-alcoholic beverage, or a snack.

I am a licensed counselor in the State of Texas, how many CEUs will I receive?

You will receive 3 CEUs for this event led by an LPC-Supervisor with over 25 yrs of clinical experience.
