Learn Mike Fisher's favorite cooking techniques from around the world!

We are excited to present Cooking with Fish! our newest culinary art series with local chef extraordinaire, Mike Fisher. This cooking demonstration class takes place the first Monday of the month from 7-8 pm at Fisher's Restaurant in downtown Hollister. Each month's workshop features a different culinary theme, where participants will have the opportunity to see Mike prepare various dishes, to share and take notes on his prized recipes and to sample small plates. The 45 min. cooking demonstration will be followed by a Q&A with the chef and an opportunity to mingle with fellow food enthusiasts. Local wines, craft beer and fountain drinks will be available for purchase. Register today!

7 pm Monday, November 5th: Thanksgiving Sides- Charred Brussel Sprouts with Bacon, Fisher’s Signature Green Bean Casserole, Yams that Everyone Loves
