Gingerbread Cookie Workshop

Embrace the holiday season in the sweatest way! For this two hour cookie workshop we'll be decorating gingerbread cookies with elegant monochrome royal icing. The class will cover flooding but focus on detail piping techniques.

You'll be getting hands on instruction from Laurel of LaurelBakes Cookies & Cakes. Laurel is a Santa Cruz based home baker who has been wowing her community with cookie creations for 3+ years.

Leave the workshop with more than just memories! Each student gets to bring home the three cookies they decorate, one cookie cutter, and two recipe cards featuring Laurel's go to gingerbread recipe and royal icing recipe. Lito's Cafe will be providing delicious drinks and bites available for purchase at the event. They also sell products from local artisans that make for excellent christmas presents.
