COOK: 3 Different Schnitzels & Spätzel (noodles)
Ready to up-level your Schnitzel ability and add a side of homemade Spätzel making?
This hands-on, beginner-friendly cooking experience will show you how using traditional recipes that are easy to master.
Everything will be provided, you bring your enthusiasm and some muscle!
Prepaid tickets are required. Space is limited.
There are different ticket types, so please select those that work for you.
Please arrive on time so the class can start with everyone here.

- Access to all the supplies you need to "Schnitzel" (yes, it's a noun coming from a verb - "to cut thin.")
- Charcuterie plates and pretzel plates for during the class are available in the Add-Ons.

What to know before you go:
- Wear comfortable clothing you can cook in and shoes you can stand in
- Meal that follows is free to students, but you can also buy tickets for guests
- All ages are welcome. Positive proof of age (21+ is required to sample beer
- Children <16 must be accompanied by an adult with a paid adult admission

How to find us:
We are located at 1516 Lincoln Ave, Alameda, CA, 94501. There is ample street parking along Lincoln Ave.
Our entrance is off Powers Court
- At the corner of Lincoln Ave & Powers Ct, you will see our signs and garden
- Follow the garden down Powers Ct to the Red Gate
- Large flag pole with the Bavarian and Alameda flags is a good marker
- The gate opens about 10 minutes beforehand

About the Host Chef...Hans of the Bauernküche @ Dahoam1516 & Hans' Bräuhaus (Alameda)
Founder of Dahoam1516, Master Chef and Braumeister, Hans is dedicated to keeping the finest of Bavarian cuisine and tradition accessible to anyone here in Alameda.
Hans attended culinary classes in Bavaria and the United States. He has worked at several restaurants and operates a small home-based catering service and Brewhouse.
