BUSINESS WORKSHOP SERIES: Building a Purpose-Driven Business

Are you an entrepreneur or a small business owner who wants to become profitable by committing to running a socially and environmentally conscious business?

Join us in this hands-on workshop to understand the importance of running a purpose-driven business, one that goes beyond the generation of profits. Purpose-driven-businesses operate in a better way because they understand WHY they are in business, what is their reason to exist, and how they impact their stakeholders. This level of awareness helps build resilience, expand influence, promote collaboration, and increase profitability.

In this 2-part workshop series you will learn:

- What does it mean to become a purpose-driven business? Rediscover why you are in business and how that WHY connects you with your main stakeholders.

- Assess how purpose-oriented your organization is. Our exercises will help you reflect and write your business purpose that will serve as a compass to guide your organization in all your decisions.

- How to incorporate your business purpose as an essential part of your organization, to make it authentic, and transform your business.

- Learn how to communicate your purpose internally and externally to engage with your main stakeholders.
