About the Host
Latorra Garland is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Jacob Way Organization, a national nonprofit honoring her late son Jacob’s legacy by providing support to families facing childhood cancer. Through her leadership, she has built volunteer-powered programs focused on compassion, resilience, and purpose-driven service.
A 2025 National Blood Donation Hall of Fame Inductee, Latorra continues to empower others through workshops, coaching, and community partnerships that encourage leaders to serve from the heart and lead with impact.
