Event description
Come together with local ministries to learn strategies for building and engaging a strong nonprofit board.

About this event

One of the greatest distinguishing factors of a strong nonprofit is its board. Without an effective board, your organization will never achieve its greatest potential.

Join us for this interactive session, designed specifically for senior leadership and board members, as we discuss how to keep your board engaged and focused on amplifying your organization's impact.

Topics include:

  • Defining the role of the board
  • Identifying the qualifications you need on your board
  • Increasing board members' participation - and keeping them motivated
  • Engaging board members in your organization's funding strategy

Please feel free to share this invitation with other nonprofit senior leaders and board members who may benefit.

Complementary breakfast will be provided. Appropriate social distancing guidelines will be followed during the event. Attendees are encouraged to wear a mask when not seated.
