Home Brewing 101: Learn the art of brewing and the importance of water quality, temperature, and technique. Mastering methods like Hario V60, Aeropress, French Press, and Moka Pot.

After the workshop, you’re warmly invited to stick around, chat, and get to know your fellow coffee enthusiasts over a relaxed brunch. It’s a great opportunity to connect, unwind, and sample some of Hello, Kristof’s signature dishes. From sourdough toast piled with seasonal toppings to creamy yoghurt bowls, homemade granola, and flaky pastries. And of course, everything pairs perfectly with their specialty coffee.

The workshop is hosted in both English and Portuguese. André, your host, is happy to switch between languages and cater to whatever you feel most comfortable with.

Do I need any prior coffee knowledge?

Not at all! The workshop is beginner-friendly and designed for all coffee lovers.

How long does the workshop last?

The session typically lasts around 1h30, including tastings and hands-on brewing.

What should I bring?

Just yourself! All equipment, coffee, and materials will be provided.

Is brunch included in the ticket price?

Brunch is optional and not included in the workshop fee. You can order directly from the café menu.

Can I bring a friend just for brunch?

Yes, friends are welcome to join for brunch (subject to seating availability).

Is the workshop suitable for children?

The workshop is designed for adults, but teens with an interest in coffee are welcome with a guardian.
