We ask that all participants respect one another’s privacy and keep what’s shared confidential. However, this is not a clinical therapy group and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

No, this is an educational workshop, not group therapy. There will be a 10-minute Q&A at the end where you can ask questions via chat, but personal sharing or group discussions are not part of this session.
