Of course! This is the perfect class to learn how to get started. We will be covering many different ways to just get moving and celebrate the small victories. There will be something in this class for everyone.

How will I benefit from this class if I already move a lot?

First of all, good for you that you keep moving! By attending, you may realize other ways to have fun like participating in senior games, take up pickleball, or many other ways you can move. You'll also get some laughs from this class! :)

Can I attend this class even if I'm not a senior woman?
