Dear Accenture Colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to a series of fortnightly wellbeing workshops as part of the Accenture SONG Wellbeing Initiative.

What is on offer: A series of workshops that will introduce and allow you to explore a unique range of Yoga/Meditation/Movement experiences. Taking place on the Accenture, Bergmannstrasse 71/72 rooftop between 7 – 8.30 pm, as the sun goes down over Berlin- making for a truly unique setting for a special event.

Specially curated program: These experiences have been specially curated for you and will involve both internal and high-profile external facilitators from world leading organizations like Jiva Mukti, Budokon & Rocket Yoga etc.

Each facilitator will host a different workshop, introducing exciting practices and rituals that have been shown to promote wellbeing, foster lifespan and health span, and enhance productivity at work. All whilst offering you a chance to connect with colleagues after work and at an alcohol-free event. There will be a Kombucha tasting during the program.

*In the event of bad weather, the event will be held inside – with the event proceeding rain, hail or shine 😊

Registration is required: Each workshop will run for 90 minutes, require you to arrive by 6.45pm to find a space on the terrace, involve some form of dynamic movement, with corresponding presentation of the style, philosophy and a theme. Participants will need to pre-register for each event, as spots are limited to 30 people. The program has been designed for people experienced in yoga, we recommend attending a beginner’s or introductory class beforehand.

Be ready: On the evening you will need to dress in appropriate clothing eg. yoga, gym, running etc and bring along a Yoga mat, water bottle and towel. Expect to move, breath and sweat with your colleagues. On the evening a cash donation for a charity of choice is appreciated from all attendees.
