Hello New Licensee,

After you have passed your Georgia exam and obtained your real estate license, you are required to take additional classes (25 hours) within one year.

In addition, those who already have a Georgia real estate license, will be required 36 hours of continuing education classes to renew their license every four years.

Course Topics, Enrollment and Registration Information $129. (Includes 8 classes and Exam)

The classes listed below will be offered weekly and some Saturdays throughout 2025. All LIVE ZOOM. Classes can be taken in any order at any time up until your first year anniversary date to complete the 25 post license education requirement.

The School will keep records of your course completions. You must be in attendance of 180 minutes (3 hours) for each Zoom class to earn credit. Once you have taken all classes offered and submit your Class Reference Record Form identifying each course date completion, records will be verified and a final exam will be scheduled. Please keep all handouts for the exam preparation.

• Classes are scheduled weekly throughout the year on a rotating basis
• Pay one time! Attend classes at your convenience. All live Zoom.
• Each class is uploaded to GREC as a CE credit until all 8 classes have been taken
• Then deleted to issue the 25 hour post program credit.
• You can take classes in any order at any time.
• A specific form is provided to keep record of your progress.
• Class calendar is updated every 60 days.
• You must register at Eventbrite for each individual class you want to take.
• By doing so, course handout and class date reminders will be sent out.
• Zoom meeting ID #s and course handout will be emailed to you prior to class.
• The School will monitor your hours and provide frequent email reminders.
• Post license credits will be sent to GREC upon attending 8 classes and passing exam.

Once you have enrolled (paid) in the course program, you will need to register for free at Eventbrite for each class date you want to attend. By doing so, you will receive a reminder message by email, your Zoom Meeting instructions and training material handout link to download or print material prior to class.
