Overview

Stop the "shoulds" and recharge. Move from "Fried" to "Fueled" with our Burnout Recovery Plan—delivered to you and your Ally for free.

🌟 WORKSHOP 3 OF 3 IN “ADHD WITH DISTRACTED DREAMS” SERIES

This workshop is part of a 3-part deep dive for ADHDers and the people who love them. While each session stands alone, they are designed to work together to move you from friction to abundance.

The Burnout Episode

Do you feel like your battery is permanently at 1%? Are you tired of being told to "just rest" when rest doesn't seem to fix the exhaustion?

For the ADHDer, burnout isn't usually from working too hard—it’s from the soul-crushing weight of doing things you should do while suppressing who you really are. For the Ally, burnout comes from the high-stakes effort of trying to keep the momentum going for both of you.

This is "Boredom Burnout," and you can't nap your way out of it. You have to play your way out.

In this 60-minute interactive recovery session, we are ditching the "Should-Based" life. We will find where your foundation is crumbling and an Ignition Map to find the fuel your brain actually recognizes.

What you’ll walk away with:

  • The Burnout Science: Understand why under-stimulation is just as exhausting as overwork, and how to spot the "Real Me" underneath the fatigue.
  • The Ignition Map: A live audit to distinguish between "Important" tasks (The Drains) and "Interesting" tasks (The Rechargers).
  • The Play Intervention: Learn the clinical power of "Big Fun" and how to bridge boring tasks with rewards that actually work for an ADHD nervous system.

The Gift: This session provides the exact tools I use with my coaching clients. It is my gift to you to help stop the crash-and-burn cycle and start living with abundance.

COMPLETE SERIES: To get the full transformation this series offers, make sure you are registered for all three sessions (and receive the replay):
