About Sonya and my Path to Ancestral ConstellationsI attended my first family constellation workshop in 2011. I immediately felt calm and protected and I could see the African indigenous healing ritual in the constellation. This was the first step into transgenerational work and I began the process of healing some of the relationship dynamics in our ancestral family tree.
