Each event is thoughtfully crafted and influenced by a blend of ritual, shamanic arts, aromatherapy, reiki and energy healing, sound baths, and ceremonial practices—including full and new moon gatherings that honor the cycles of nature. Tea and sound ceremonies, full and new moon sound baths and forest sound bath experiences, cacao and sound bath ceremonies are just a few examples.While each offering is unique and may draw from different modalities, all are created with the intention to guide you inward, reconnect you with your essence, and help you return to yourself.
