Meanwhile, Jasmin’s quest for fulfilment led her through corporate sales, beauty therapy, and even a hot sauce company, teaching her the value of aligning work with passion.Both sought balance, flexibility, and fulfilment—key drivers that led them to entrepreneurship.Their paths crossed while working as Project Coordinators on the INcrease VS Project, which scooped up the UK Housing Awards 2021 Innovator of the Year for Customer Services. During their time here they developed training programs, courses, and masterclasses to help people from all walks of life launch businesses and achieve self-employment.
