NExT Philadelphia (Network of Extraordinary Talent) is one of over 60 chapters of the National Urban League Young Professionals (NULYP). Since 1999, the NULYP educates, develops, and prepares young professionals to take leadership roles within the National Urban League, the civil rights movement and society-at-large.
