IEEE UK RAS Chapter Events

The Chapter is concerned with promoting the study and uptake of RAS technology within the region and encompasses aspects of training, research, development, and a wide range of application domains. The latter include Nuclear (assembly and decommissioning), Transport (autonomous cars, marine, trains, and aircraft), manufacturing (robotics and fully autonomous plants), smart cities (intelligent homes services and intelligent robots), humanoid robot development,  Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and Internet of Robotic Things. We will organise a series of prestigious lectures and an annual RAS conference each year to increase the connection of colleagues in RAS and explore cutting-edge research and development in RAS. We welcome:universities and industries in the RAS field to host the annual RAS chapter conference in Feb ;other chapters in IEEE UK & Ireland Section to co-sponsor events, e.g., prestigious lectures and industry seminars that address RAS in relevant application domains;colleagues in IEEE UK & Ireland RAS Chapter to participate and/or host various events.
