Organizer of History @ the Pub
The Blackheath History Forum is open to anyone interested in understanding Australian history in both its national and global contexts. Our aim is to highlight ‘the past in the present’.For our 2021 season the Blackheath History Forum is going back to live, face-to-face events. We are, however, ready to move online should it be necessary. We are also planning to record as many of the talks as possible. Recordings will be posted after the live talks to our YouTube channel.Regular sessions start at 4pm at Blackheath Public School Hall (corner Leichhardt St & Great Western Highway). Entry $6. Afternoon tea from 3.30pm (drink/cake $3 ea.). Please note that in addition to our regular program, this year there are also some book launches that will be held at Gardner’s Inn with a start time of 4pm.For full details check out the 2021 program page. on our website https://blackheathhistoryforum.org.au
