CyberBiz Pathways Workforce Development Program

X Is Possible, LLC and the CyberGreen Group co-host the the CyberBiz Pathways Program, a cradle-through-career workforce development approach to addressing the disparate outcomes among disadvantaged populations. Through a strategic partnership between Maryland-based non-profits and a minority-owned small business, the CyberBiz Pathways Program includes post-secondary career planning for high school graduates, including a college-track and direct employment IT certification track, quarterly workforce development and career advance summits designed for individuals from historically underrepresented populations, and summertime STEM Intensive bootcamps.
