Ben is the CEO of The BD Ladder and has over 20 years’ experience in both NZ, UK and Australia in direct business to business sales, business development and as a coach/facilitator. He has run several successful in-house training programmes for leading professional services firms. He believes in providing engaging sessions, that are highly interactive and provide attendees with practical skills they can use post course.Ben, has delivered training for leading industry bodies such as ACE NZ and has delivered several webinars and has a YouTube channel that provides regular BD tips. His passion is building the confidence of professionals and teaching them how to build long-term sustainable and profitable client relationships.
