Kathy Garland

Kathy Garland has been leading retreats for women since 2005. Her unique style of leadership and collaboration during the retreat encourages women to reach for their dreams and take action to get there with ease and less stress than ever before. Her programs have led hundreds of women to focus on what makes them unique and plan the future they want.

She established her coaching practice in 2001 and has focused on women in business since then. She also works with corporate clients to develop leaders. 

Her specialty is guiding her clients to step into what they really want to achieve. People get stuck in their circumstances and often don't take time to focus on what it will take for them to achieve their dreams and that's the value of attending this retreat and working with a coach.

Kathy is masterful at intuitively understanding what's most important to her clients, drawing answers and action steps from them and encouraging them every step of the way.
