The Portland Schools Foundation is leading the effort to develop and manage the Cradle to Career partnership for Portland and Multnomah County.

Cradle to Career brings together leaders in Pre-K-12 schools, higher education, business and industry, community organizations, government leaders, parents, and other stakeholders committed to helping children and youth succeed from birth through career.
