Her mission is to pave the way by helping leaders create strong, meaningful relationships through awareness and respect.

Victoria holds a B.A from William Woods University and an MPA from Walden University. She earned a commission from Naval Officer Candidate School, ultimately retiring as Lieutenant Commander. She is also a retired public servant from the City of San Jose.
